PBT O8ers are definitely celebrating today as Saturday brought big scores all around. GraphiteUSA impressively final tabled both Saturday major O8 tournies. Graph took 2nd on Stars for $4,800.00 and 4th on Full Tilt for $2,068.00
The Full Tilt $216 has today been renamed the PBT Open. Although they were not playing their games for Diamond Funds today, we had an amazing performance as 3 (that"s right three) of our Diamond Fund horses final tabled the event. Vanou944 took 7th place for $752.00, GraphiteUSA as previously mentioned took 4th for $2,068.00 and Illini turned down a heads up chop when his opponent got cocky and demanded an extra $200 at near even stacks. This ridiculously silly and greedy maneuver cost the clown nearly $1,400 as Rob took down the title and an impressive $6,016.00
Sources from northern Indiana state that they saw Rob shortly after the tourney at Popeye"s chicken. He had been so overwhelmed with hunger after the event that he ordered $17 of chicken and ate it all on the spot. Rob is now not only extremely fat....but his winnings dropped to $5,999. Oh, the stresses of a long poker day.....it can be difficult....
Yes, this entire report is being done in red, white and blue in tribute to this amazing nation we live in. Take some time today to think about the wonderful freedom we all enjoy and all the sacrifices made to get us to this point. Our country has problems. This is true. I believe every country does. Still, our forefathers have built a shining example for all to emulate....we just need our own government to follow their example. I love this country and all it stands for and am very proud and thankful to be a United States citizen.
OlyCrawford took 4th in a superturbo flip-fest mtt on Full Tilt and cashed for $200 for a Diamond Fund. Nice work Oly!!! Diamond Fund sales continue to explode as new SNGs and MTTs have been added. As a special July 4th present we are increasing investor cut on turbos to 80%. This change is not just for today but a permanent one. Diamond Fund investors are now making money left and right. If you haven"t invested in Diamond Funds then you probably also missed the revolutionary war. This just in.....the Colonials won....we have our own government...and we now pay 4,975% more in taxes than we did to King George when we wasted all that tasty tea in Boston.
